How a purchase works

Sign in
A purchase is recorded against your Arctisoft account, so the license is yours wherever you sign in.

Pay through Stripe
Payment is handled by Stripe. The final total, including any applicable tax, is shown before you pay. Your card details are entered with Stripe; Arctisoft does not store your full card number.

Receive your license
Your product key and confirmation arrive by email, and the license appears in your account and in Studio Hub.
Purchases are governed by the Terms of Service, which set out your consumer rights including withdrawal, and the License Agreement. Already have a product key? Register it in your account.
Licensing, asked and answered
Is a paid edition a subscription?
No. Each paid edition is bought once. The license is perpetual and there are no recurring charges.
Does one purchase cover every application?
No. Each application has its own license. You buy the editions you need, and the free editions of the others remain available.
On how many computers may I use a license?
A license is for one person and may be used on up to three computers at the same time. You can see the computers in Studio Hub and release one to use the license on another.
Which updates are included?
Updates within the current major version are included with your license.
How do I receive my license?
After payment, your product key and confirmation are sent by email and the license is recorded against your account. Sign in to an application or to Studio Hub with that account to use it.
Can I withdraw from a purchase?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Write to support with your order reference. Your rights as a consumer are set out in the Terms of Service.
Is the price the same everywhere?
Prices are final prices in euro. Arctisoft Studio is a small business under the Austrian small-business rule and does not charge or show VAT. Stripe shows the total before you pay.
